What is a Change Order?

A change order is a document stating agreement to a change in scope of work.

We cannot always predict what happens in the lifecycle of a project. Change orders balance those changes between partners and clarify the new changed scope of work. This often involves additional resources, time, or capital to ensure the new scope is delivered to project standard.
