Revit reference standards for Australian and New Zealand (ANZRS)
The Australian and New Zealand Revit Standards (ANZRS) was an initiative conceived at RTC 2009 in Melbourne in response to the Revit user community’s frustration with lack of consistency and quality in Revit families available from Autodesk, Content Creators and other sources.
The primary objectives of this project are to:
- Establish minimum compliance requirements for Revit content shared or sold throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Compliance with these requirements should provide a measure of quality and certainty to future recipients of this content, whether by sharing or selling of content.
- Document Revit content creation best practices. These may exceed the minimum compliance requirements.

o Structural
o Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
